Product Description

Installation method
First of all, determine the fixed position of the preheater, at least 20-40 cm below the water tank cover, far away from the oil pipe and brake pipe to determine the installation method, and cut the warm air pipe.
Connect the preheater water inlet to the lower end of the cut hose and lock the hose. Slowly add antifreeze from the water tank mouth until the preheater is filled with antifreeze and the antifreeze overflows from the water outlet. Connect the water outlet to the other end of the cut hose and lock the hose.
Start the car engine to exhaust the gas in the pipeline and fill with antifreeze to check for leaks.
When the 220v power supply is connected, the preheater has a slight vibration, and the upper part of the preheater is slightly hot. When the antifreeze temperature reaches 55-65 degrees, the preheating is completed.

Precautions for use
Use high-quality antifreeze to ensure that the antifreeze does not deteriorate and freeze.
When using a quality power cord above 10A, a socket with a ground wire must be used to ensure the smooth flow of the engine cooling system should be cleaned when necessary. Dry burning is prohibited to ensure that the engine is not short of antifreeze before preheating.
Distance of preheater from fuel line and brake line
The preheater should be at least 20 cm away and must be used under human supervision.
